Principal agent Thomas W. Butts prides himself on the energetic environment of his agency. The agency sponsors youth baseball and soccer teams and donates gift baskets to various fundraising events in its local communities.

An Educated Staff

T.W. Butts Insurance Agency differentiates itself by being family owned and operated. Its knowledgeable staff pursues continued insurance education. Three of its staff members have the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations. Kelly Horak, manager and CIC, is the daughter of the principal agent and she works closely with her brother, Thomas R. Butts, and her sister, Kristin Gabster, to provide personalized service and competitive products.
